Sigma Smash It!

Two UK number ones in less than six months: Massive congratulations to Sigma!

Last night the UK duo – comprising Joe Lenzie and Cam Edwards – hit the top spot once again with the Paloma Faith-fronted Changing.

Obviously this is a huge personal success for Sigma, but it’s also a massive look for drum & bass in general… This is the first time the genre has ever enjoyed two numbers ones. Let alone by the same act.  Before Sigma’s success with Nobody To Love and Changing the only UK D&B number one has been DJ Fresh’s Hot Right Now in 2012, while last year’s highest position for D&B releases was Wilkinson’s Afterglow which hit number eight.

Props to Sigma in every direction. We spoke to them in the run up to Changing’s release to find out how much of this success has impacted their lives. Find out what they said.
