Tuesday October 28, The Rag Factory, London: Caspa and his entire Dub Police unit are celebrating a decade in the game by hosting a day-long in-store takeover with a whole host of free music-based activities for all ages.

Inspirational schoolings for all aspirational producers and DJs include… A production tutorial, feedback and advice on your own productions, a music video workshop and an audio mastering class.

PLUS the day will also be home to a free Pioneer DJ workshop where you can sample their latest kit and gain technical tips. (Entrance for this particular session can be obtained by emailing working@submergedmusic.com before the end of Friday October 24).

Caspa will be present all day and is excited to see who he meets and what he hears…

“It’s good to give something back to the music industry and give people the opportunity to explore something that they may not normally get to do,” he states.

Helping Caspa on this mission to help the next generation get a grasp on the game will be representatives from Pioneer DJ, DJ Mag, Juno Download. The presence of Dub Police family members The Others, Subscape, Variations, Mydas, Ethic, Uncle Dugs, DJ Maximum and J:Kenzo will ensure this unique event provides insight and instruction in all directions.

This is what went down at their last in-store takeover…

Essential for all UK/London-based budding artists: Opportunities to sit down face to face with some of the bass music industry’s most successful and creative individuals don’t come around often.

The in-store takes place between 1-8pm and is open to all ages and people who are interested in developing skills in all genres of electronic music.
