This time last week we shared a video of Skrillex and well known grime MC Tempa T getting busy in the studio.
Today we’re sharing a video of Skrillex and well known Atlanta MC OG Maco getting dark in the studio. This white-knuckle collaboration was first teased on April 17 when Maco tweeted that he and Skrillex had been working on hard on a track called Rage.
Me and @Skrillex made some RAGE last night! Shouts to the homie @diplo Amazing guys. ??

On May 7 this was developed further with a telling video, shared on OG Maco’s photographer’s CJC’s Twitter account.
Welp, Right when you thought it couldn’t get any better @OGMaco joins @Skrillex for the most erratic session ever. pic.twitter.com/2hXGDGFbRZ — CJC (@Photonerity) May 8, 2015
Epic drone bass, rifle-shot kicks and OG unleashing serious rage from deep within… There’s no word on when it will be released, but even from this fuzzy fifteen second clip you know that this is going to tear-up.
In additional Skrillex collaboration news, there’s a great interview with him and Annie Mac on BBC Radio 1 last Thursday in which he reveals future collaborations with Keith Ape and A$AP Ferg and gets emotional and frank about the passing of his mother. It’s live for four weeks on the BBC website and is well worth listening to.
