What type of information do we collect from our subscribers?
You may be asked to submit personal information about yourself in order to use the services on the Site. Registration for buying tickets and merchandise is currently handled by UKF Live. During registration you submit your name and email address and if you complete your profile this includes first name, last name, city and mobile number (all optional). By connecting via facebook, you provide access to your basic information by default, which includes name, picture, gender and locale, plus your email address. When you connect via facebook you can chose in the permissions to allow us to post to your behalf and manage your events. We will post one message on your timeline to tell your friends you have connected to UKF Live, and post your ticket purchases on your timeline so friends know which events you are attending and can buy tickets too. Allowing UKF Live to manage your events means that you can RSVP directly from the Site. To place an order on UKF Live you will be asked to submit credit card information, billing address and, if you are buying physical tickets or merchandise, delivery address in order for us to process payment. If you do not wish to provide this data directly to UKF you can pay using PayPal.
