[IVY] has had a standout year, steadily building momentum across releases and sets without any unnecessary noise. One of the key moments came via ‘Can’t Love Me‘ with A Little Sound on our very own label UKF. It’s done exactly what good drum & bass should do; connect with the floor and stick around.
For this end of year guest chart, she’s pulled together a snapshot of what’s been shaping her sound lately, the records she’s reaching for and the energy she’s carrying into the booth. You can catch that in full at Mandidexmas at Tramshed on 27 December. Consider this the context.
[IVY] & A Little Sound – Can’t Love Me
I need to start this list of with my fave [IVY] release of 2025. 18 months of work went into this track, and it is my idea of the perfect fusion of euphoric trance and energetic DnB. Probably my fave song I’ve ever made.
Mika Heggemann, DJ Cringey, KYANU – Acid Base Reaction
“Bouncy” trance is my favourite genre alongside DnB and this track is one of my favourites to come out of 2025. The combination of acid sounds, a bouncy bass, a sassy vocal and the euphoric rise and melody are match made in heaven.
Sub Focus – So Many Colours (ft. Poppy Baskcomb)
This has literally just come out but, like the rest of the scene, I’ve been waiting on it for months. The vocal is near perfection, and the entire production is beautiful. Potential best DnB track of 2025?
Dimension – Bass Thump
Obsessed with the fact that Dimension is releasing more 4×4 after taking a hiatus. The techno inspiration and referencing is near perfect: the whistles, acid sounds, bass, kick, vocals… NO NOTES.
Pirapus – BACK2LIFE
I love the euphoric feel from this track, it’s giving 2010s DnB vibes in the best way. Pirapus are also probably some of the best producers I’ve ever met and need more recognition! Their entire catalogue is spot on.
Funk Tribu – Hold On
Musical masterpiece, everything about it is perfect. The melodies, the production, the vocal, the progression… The way Funk Tribu builds the emotion over time is stunning. Deffo one of the more chill tracks I listen to.
Brutalismus 3000 – Scee (The Dare Remix)
This track is just dirty in the best way. That bassline is unbeatable – so simple but absolutely slaps. Love the dark gritty “late night” vibes of the song.
ShockOne, NCT & Scrufizzer – Rockstar Bass
Had to include my new favourite DnB tune to play in my sets. So much weight in the drop. Goes off every time.
Grafix – Ready To Break
Fave 4×4 D&B tune of 2025. The 4×4 drop is so clean & unique, I don’t think I’ve ever heard a track like this before. Hoping to hear more unique stuff like this from producers in 2026.
Andata – Never Gonna Stop
Another one of my fave bounce tracks for you guys. I play this in each of my sets. I’m a massive fan of ANDATA & 2HOT2PLAY and I’m so glad that they’re blowing up at the moment. I heard on the grapevine that there might be a cheeky [IVY] remix of this in the works…
