DC Breaks AKA DJ Samurai and DJ Kryptik have been on RAM Records’ radar for a long time now, releasing tracks for sister label Frequency including the gorgeous ‘Pickett Line’ in 2009 (recently given the VIP treatment for Andy C’s Nightlife 5 vinyl projects) and already enjoying a high level of support at radio by Annie Mac, Zane Lowe, Pete Tong, Mistajam and Bailey. They have now exclusively signed to RAM, with this single as their first release.
And what a stunning debut! For ‘The More I Want’, DC Breaks are at their euphoric best with soft percussions, melodic strings, infectious vocals, the whole grounded by a deep bassline.
